The scent
Steam-distilled from the round seeds of the coriander plant, whose leaves give the oil sold as Cilantro. The scent is sweet and woody, with a soft floral note and a green, herbaceous edge.
It sits well beside bergamot or ylang ylang, and cedarwood gives it a drier, woodier base. A gentle, warm scent for a sunny hallway on spring mornings.
