The scent
An oil from the purple coneflower, a tall, daisy-like plant with rose-purple petals. The scent is earthy and green, with a soft, woody warmth underneath.
It sits well beside cedarwood for a drier, woodier base, and a little bergamot gives it a brighter edge. An unusual green note for a reading nook on a slow Sunday morning, with a book to hand.
