The scent
Steam-distilled from the small, daisy-like flowers of Roman chamomile, a low, creeping plant with feathery leaves. It is sweet and herbaceous, with a soft, fruity note that stays gentle as it settles.
It sits well beside lavender or bergamot, and a little rose gives it a richer floral heart. A gentle scent for the living room on a rainy afternoon.
Directions for use
Topical use: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil.
For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil.
For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.
For topical use only.
